The Coffin Cup

In 2004, the Mani-Tu-Tu's took the Coffin Cup to Nederland's Frozen Dead Guy Days. 
The years went by....

Now, the Cup has been Resurrected! 

Every year, teams from Manitou Springs and Nederland compete to bring home the Coffin Cup. 

The fastest team that chose to represent each city will compete against each other in a stand-alone race, the winner of which takes home the Cup.

That is, until the next coffin races!

2019 Coffin Cup

In March 2019, Stranger Springs : The Upside Down represented Manitou Springs in Nederland during the Frozen Dead Guy Days...and lost. Painfully. To the Hosen Dead Guys. The Cup remained with Grandpa Bredo in Nederland and would be shined up and ready to pass back to Manitou...read on...
In October 2019, Hosen Dead Guys traveled from far away places (Like Boulder and Kansas) to Manitou Springs to race to keep the Coffin Cup- and lost to Scooby & The Gang. The Gang raced in the 2022 Frozen Dead Guy Days Coffin Race and kept their Coffin Cup reign!

2018 Coffin Cup

In March 2018, Team Fossil represented Manitou Springs at Frozen Dead Guy Days and won the Coffin Cup, bringing it home for the 2018 Emma Crawford Coffin Races.

At the 2018 Emma Crawford Coffin Races, Team Fossil once again represented Manitou Springs and raced the Nederland team, the Nerds. Alas, the Nerds were victorious and have taken the Coffin Cup to Nederland.
